What's included in the bamboo basket are:

Fish maw, chinese mushroom,
Prawn, smoked oyster,
Waxed duck, roasted duck,
Chinese cabbage and broccoli...
And they all combined together perfectly,
In a bowl of bamboo basket,
That satisfied every part of my tummy!~

Can't help but taking chewing,

CNY is just around the corner. It's look great to celebrate this new year at pullman. All the menu served look delicious and the price is quite reasonable.
I've tasted yee sang for the first time last month and its taste so good and fresh. =)
Homemade Carp Fish Niao Gao looks unique.. Ist it halal dish?normally i love to go and find chinese food on or before CNY..

The company that i work normally do celebrate CNY by having yee sang tossing ceremony. It was so fun, but i don't really like yee sang. I love the crowd during the ceremony. But this year looks like they won't celebrate, i'm not sure why.
