Adjaruli Khachapuri
Georgia's staple food.
It's stuffed with 3 different cheeses,
And a running egg in the centre of it all..
The egg is plopped in at the end of the baking process,
So it's slightly cooked but still runny.
Once it's removed from the oven,
Take a fork and mix the egg,
With the hot cheese,
This way it cooks more but doesn't turn into a scramble..
It's really fun way to eat...
And it's so yummily cheezy!~

It looks really beautiful,
Just like a flower...

It's just a conveniet way of eating pizza,

A mini round shape of pizza.
It also uses mixture of melted herb butter,
Onto each pizza bomb and top with parmesan....
It's an amazing dining experience,
When the pizza actually 'bomb' in your mouth!
Simply bombastic!
