Pullman KLCC - Berbuka With Celebrity Chef Norman Musa & Carven Ong

Had a splendid meal...
Berbuka with all my makan kakis...
At Pullman KLCC...

 My top favourite of all:
"Selom' Lamb Racks,
By Chef Norman Musa....
This dish is featured in Chef Norman's cooking show:
'Chef Norman Exploring Malaysian Herbs'
This flavoursome lamb racks,
Coated with 'Daun Selom' (Water Parsley),
Breadcrumbs, mustard and cheese...
Baked to perfection,
For crispy and fresh flavour,
To the lamb racks...
I personally fall in love,
With the crispiness of the lamb..
Simply a taste in heaven!!~

Rendang Beef Wellington,
Specially created by Chef Norman Musa,
For Pullman KLCCs Berbuka Puasa Event..
An unique dish where the East Meets West..
And featured in Jamie Oliver's Magazine "JAMIE"
And Malaysian Masterchef..
The rendang flavour rolled with beef,
And wrapped with mushroom,
Spinach and pastry,
Baked to make it crispy,
On the outside,
And authentic Malaysian flavour on the inside..

I took a lot of other dishes,
Together with this one....
While chit chatting with my pals...
I actually didn't realize what am I eating..
Until I took a snip of this dish:
Suddenly bring my concentration.
Back to the food I'm eating.......
Truly outstanding delicious taste:
Lemongrass Roast Chicken...
Created by Chef Norman Musa,
For his social media followers,
To celebrate the British Sunday roast,
But with a twist of Malaysian Flavour...

Live cooking demonstration....

Ta da!~
Presenting....
The very uniquely different:
Rendang Scotch Eggs...

An eye-opening experience...
By just looking at the amazing designs...
By Asian Top Fashion Designer: Carven Ong!~
All the model looks truly elegant,
In the superb gown by Carven Ong!~
Truly magnificent!~

Roasted Lamb....
The presentation of this dish..
Is as nice as it's taste!~

Something special:
A combination of Roti Jala,
With Murtabak..
I personally fascinated with this combination..

Puasa and Raya...
Won't be complete,
Without Lemang and Rendang...

Yummilicious Satay!~

Well..
The best part is..
The buffet doesn't just cover malay food...
Choices of pizza are available, too!~

Take a look,
At the freshness of the prawn...

Air liur coming out already right?
By just seeing the fresh fresh seafood...

Even Japanese Sushi,
Is available..
Eat until tummy full full!~

Guess what?!
We get the chance,
To create our own salad jar...
And........
Opportunity of a lifetime, perhaps?
To win one night stay in a junior suite,
At Pullman KLCC!~

My jar of salad...
Uploaded in my instagram..

If you are kind enough,
To 'donate' a like for me,
For my photo in instagram..
Probably...
I'll be one step closer...
In stepping into the Junior Suite at Pullman KLCC...

Thanking you in advance first ya!~
;)

Is served.....
As dessert.....

Also comes with..

  18. Everything looks good but the dessert section is the bomb! Though you have showed a limited image of the dessert section, sure that with the lots and lots of selection available, you've really enjoyed the event. The prawns too. <3 Also, good luck on your entry of winning the junior suite! :)
