Nba is doing a great job on helping kids to be good in sports. Theyve been tpuring all over asia to promote this, even here in Manila PH

ReplyDeleteThis is one summer activity , kids should avail. This is a novel idea from the NBA organization to promote basketball as well as camaraderie amongst children.

ReplyDeleteLooks like everyone had fun! There were no real opportunities for me to play basketball when I was younger - only netball - I didn't actually play basketball until I was 16!

ReplyDeleteBasketball clinics have been popular for as long as I can remember. I think the last one I heard about on an NBA open clinic was more than 5 years ago. I'm not much into sports so I miss out on these things.

ReplyDeleteWhy is it called an open clinic rather than workshop or coaching session etc? I thought it was pretty interesting and really think it was a doctor's clinic initially!

ReplyDeleteIf I'm not mistaken, a similar event was held here in the Philippines. It's a great event for kids especially for summer. It gives them something exciting to learn and do. This will also help them meet new friends! :)
ReplyDeleteWe also have a Junior NBA program here. It really helps the grassroots development of the sports.
ReplyDeleteNBA is such a great brand to hear in an aspiring player's resume. Wish they do these clinics in our city too. My boys will surely enjoy this.
