Tune Hotel, Ipoh

We had a short stopover hotel stay,

@ Tune Hotel, Ipoh...
On our way to Penang.......

 

The room is neat and clean...

With everything we need....

From hair dryer....

To safety box.....

TV and Air conditioner are available, too

But with extra charges...

We didn't add up...

Since it's a short night stay.....

We basically don't need a TV... 

And fan is enough for us....

They didn't really have baby cot to provide...

Hence,

We bring along didi's rocking chair....

Nice decoration,
All along the corridor of the hotel...

Time for our Ipoh makan trip!~

Lou Wong Chicken Rice for lunch....

Monster University

We haven't been to cinema,

For such a long time...

Special thanks to TGV Cinemas, Sunway Pyramid....

We get to watch Monster University....

The day before 20 June 2013.....

Is currently searching for Kids In Charge! Advisory Board...
Where 10 kids,
To be inducted...
Into special Board of Directors,
With a mission to make children's stays,
At the resort,
An unforgettable experience...

"Children today are more astute than ever before.

Looking after them and meeting their needs is serious business.

Very often hotels tend to focus on being hospitable to adults,

But in our efforts we neglect to take in the expectations of..

This very important demographic of guests.

As grown ups,

We can very easily lose sight of their needs.

This is why we're taking this very seriously at Thistle Port Dickson Resort,

To ultimately allow kids to decide what they want.

This whole initiative is about them!~"

On what they expected from their hotel stay.....

And become one of Advisory Director?

Well....

Thistle Port Dickson Resort really made a huge move,

By launching the search of Kids In Charge! advisory board....

To proof that, 

We, the kids,

Are really being appreciated,

Answer 3 questions,

And obtain the consent of parents/guardians to participate,

By way of their signature on the form..

All entries received will be reviewed by a panel of 6 judges,

Narrowed down to 10 finalists who will be inducted into the board.

Each of the 10 board members,

Will be provieded with four 3D2N stays for family of four,

At Thistle Port Dickson,

During which the respective board meetings will convene.

In all,

4 board meetings will take place over a period of 4 months,

Until December 2013,

After which the board will be dissolved.

Each board member will receive a special 'creative kits',

Complete with drawing tools, sketch pad,

A Thistle T-shirt, a cap, suit and tie,

amongst other items.

The first Board Meeting will commence,

With a guided tour of Thistle Port Dickson Resort...

Over the 4 board meetings,

Each member will have to propose and develop original ideas,

Towards enhancing kids' experiences at the hotel,

And creatively discuss the implementation of these ideas.

The board will be working closely with Mr John and Mr Chinthaka,

Who are part of the judging panel,

To study the creativity and feasibility of the ideas proposed.

The most creative ideas will be implemented at the resort!!!!

Entries for the Kids In Charge! project,

Will be accepted until 31 July 2013!~

I really wish to participate,

But too bad I'm just 6 years old this year....

Initially,
I don't really want to have any painting on my face or body...
But after seeing mei mei's hand..
I change my mind....

We love this tattoo very much...
It's not ordinary tattoo..
But it's shinny sparkly shark-shaped tattoo!!
Super duper cool!!!!
