We went to Sustagen Nutritional Land,
@ Alamanda Putrajaya on Sunday......
Drinking sustagen @ different flavours:
Chocolate, Vanilla etc.....
The coolest fun part is,
Mei mei and I became a chef!~
Learning how to get balance diet from our meals....
After measuring our height and weight,
The nutritionist will give us,
Some simple advice on our diets!~~~
Enjoying and learning at the same time,

wah.. i've not been to alamanda for ages! nice activity they have there :)
