wow! looks delicious! Any tips on how to get the baby to eat meat? My KJ don't like meat at all! I tried to mince them real fine, and he still can filter them all out!
strange, I left 2 time comments on this post asking for tips on how to start you baba to eat meat, cause KJ isn't keen on meat at all. It disappeared each time after I posted the comment. Please advise on tricks to get toddler to eat meat. Thanks!
Kai-Jin, The comments show only after I click for approval.. hehe!~ Pai seh... Maybe Kai-Jin don't lazy to chew the meat? My son don't like to eat meat also, if I didn't grind it to small small part... I think he lazy to chew it... My son also will filter out food he don't like, maybe KJ just not into meat? How bout chicken and fishy? Is he ok with it? Or you try cook the meat in different ways: steam, fried, cook etc etc, added with different sauce, see which method he can accept... Fyi, I start giving my son meat when he's 6 months, until now.. When I start introduce him, I just cooked it with porridge, and after cooked, I grind it in the food grinder... Now I just feed him after I cook... I personally think this bowl is very useful, as I can choose out the meat to mince into smaller part http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_iZQkWtqpMw4/SLzKnrkD33I/AAAAAAAAARU/cRV49fP6iXk/s1600-h/P8283436.JPG

Ha!~ Anyhow, a good start... half a fried drumstick.. Hope KJ will keep it up and like to eat more meat cooked with other methods, prepared by mama.. :)
little prince's mama, really? I have got the same problem! since he wean off from breast milk last month, I can't get him to drink enough milk, what did you do to get his daily intake of protein and calcium?
KJ's mama, at least he still got drink, my son's total refuse any type of milk... I give him cheese, calciyum, introduce him to more soup for calcium... meat, fish (with DHA also), chicken etc for protein... yogurt with pre-biotic... besides that, I also start giving him some supplement like scott emulsion / kiddi pharmaton.. No choice but have to do that... Lucikily he still ok with those food...
