Homemade Mien Fen Gao
Since I dislike porridge recently,
Mummy cracking head to think and introduce new food to me...
This time,
She cook homemade mien fen gao,
Or more popularly called pan mee...
Mixing flour and water as the main ingredient.
She didn't add in egg as I'm still allergy to eggie...
As for the soup,
She first fried onion and garlic,
And added in ikan bilis and mushroom,
To increase the aroma of the soup,
Not to forget some greenish vegetables,
Which is my favourite...
Mummy didn't cook the mien fen gao inside the soup..
Instead she boiled another pot of hot water,
To cook only the mee...
Later on,
She fried another bowl of ikan bilis,
As she thinks it'll taste better to eat the mien fen gao,
With the fried ikan bilis...
I love this dishes!~
Especially the fried ikan bilis!~
Mummy seldom fried anything for me to eat,
As she thinks it's quite oily~~~~~
I enjoy chewing and eating the crispy cruncky ikan bilis,
Together with mummy's homemade mien fen gao!~

slavemom, yes, I love fried ikan bilis, too!~ If without the friend ikan bilis, the bowl of mien fen gao won't taste nice...
Caroline, sdovelly, my dough don't taste special either... just flour and water... lucikily my boy still ok with it... I never write recipe before leh... somemore everytime with the flour + water, the way my mum teach me is when kneading the flour, feels with hand.. If hard add little bit water, if too soft means too much water... I also dunno end up how much water I added.. haha~ Like agak-agak...
HN, lucky enough he likes it after so long time of preparation of the food...
The little prince, my mummy geng, she knows how to make, then only I can learn from her... Then my son can eat more variety of food.. hehe~
Mummy Gwen, he loves pan mee everytime we go out and eat.. Finally got chance to cook for him...
2ma, I myself, loves it, too!~
Julie, yeah! I'm worry too! But my son keep on request the next ikan bilis after he put it into his mouth.. Seems like he ok with it, so I let him eat more.. And he really ate a lot!!!
Family first, wanted to make it so long... Finally, mission accomplish!~ haha!~ Since I got positive feedback from my son, guess I gonna prepare it more in near future..
