Japanese Buffet

This is the first time I went for Japanese food...

Mummy said I cannot eat raw food...
Sushi is out then....
Sushi looks very mouth-watering and tempting~~~
Can I try some?
Mummy insist I have to wait until I grow bigger...
Ok la.. I wait lo~~~

Lucikily I still have varieties of food to choose from~~~~~~
Steamboat, chocolate fountain,
Unagi, salmon and lots of other fish...
Fruits~~~~~~ papaya, apple...
First try on honey dew and it's so yummy~

Everytime we eat together,
Mummy surely cannot enjoy the meal fully,
As she have to keep on feeding me...

This is the first time,
She put the food in the bowl...
Give me a spoon~~~
And I feed myself!~

Mummy, now we really can dine together~~~~~~
You feed yourself,
And I'll eat all the food you put in the bowl...

Perhaps, you have to keep on picking up the spoon,
And wash it,
Or maybe exchange with another clean spoon,
Really can't figure out why,
The spoon always loves to fall on the floor...

I know I'll eat until my whole face and whole body full of food...
You have to change my clothes after I eat...
I'll try not make myself looks so messy while eating~~~~~~~~
I'll learn more table manners,
And keep on improving on my self-feeding...
I promise!

So, daddy,
Please bring us dine out more often,
So that I can have more practice!
Ha!

  1. I don't let Jonathan self feed when we are out cause he can create a mess. I wonder whether there's such thing like the pacifier holder where we can tag the spoon to their clothes or bowl. :)

  22. Oh, why torture yourself on such nice meal...forget about the spoon, let little one use his hands, just make sure they are clean before he touches the food, he will enjoy it that much more and YOU TOO!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Angeline, I tried also... If I forget about the spoon and let him use his hand, the bowl's turn to keep on falling on the floor.. ha!

  24. Hello. Thanks for dropping by my blog. :)

Oh, your little prince is so cute.

I suppose the eating bit from a baby's perspective would be like..."I wonder if it feels good on my face...mmmm... warm. Maybe decorate my clothes too. Make my clothes smell yummy." Hahaha...

    Have good weekend.

  26. How abt using a suction bowl n let him use his hands? That'll solve the spoon keep falling down. Then everybody can hv a wonderful meal.
